A tasty and attractive mix of five beetroot varieties: Subeto (purple), Boldor (Yellow), Chioggia (red and white interior), Albina Verduna (White), and Bull’s Blood Scarletta (deep red). Enjoy raw, cooked, or pickled.
Planting
Start outdoors in loose, well-drained soil in early spring as soon as soil can be worked, or up to six weeks before first fall frost. Beets prefer a cool climate and can tolerate mild frost.
