This showy annual, also known as cornflower, produces a multitude of bright blue double flowers with contrasting grey-green foliage. Very hardy and reseeds freely. Packet is 1g.

Planting

Sow seeds in a sunny location with average soil after all danger of frost has passed. Keep soil evenly moist and well-weeded while plants are young.

Note

Bachelor’s Buttons rarely need fertilizer to produce abundant blossoms.  Extend season by cutting flowers regularly.
