Description
Define garden beds, patios, and walkways with a clean, finished concrete edge. The Belgard Edgestone Edger is a two-faced wet-cast concrete landscape edging unit with a rustic cobbled-stone look — sold by the square foot, so you buy exactly the run you need for straight bed lines or sweeping curves. Each 8″ × 6″ × 2½” piece is molded by Belgard (Oldcastle APG) from concrete with natural aggregates and through-body integrated color, and carries a lifetime transferable limited warranty.
Color Choices
- Midnight — deep charcoal for a crisp, modern edge
- Pewter Blend — soft warm grey that pairs with almost anything
- Harvest Blend — warm earthy brown
- Autumn Blend — golden tan-brown
- Dakota Blend — mixed brown-grey with natural variation
Why Choose the Edgestone Edger
- Two finished faces — a clean edge on borders, bed lines, and mow strips
- Curves or straight runs — follow any garden-bed shape without specialty cuts
- Integrated through-body color — runs through the unit, so it won’t fade or wear off
- Low 2½” profile — sets fast and holds landscape edging in place season after season
- Coordinates with Belgard pavers, walls, and coping for a unified hardscape border

How Much Do You Need?
Each piece presents an 8″-wide × 6″-tall face, so about three pieces make one square foot and cover roughly 2 linear feet of 6-inch-tall border. Measure your bed or path perimeter in feet, divide by two for your approximate square footage, and add about 5% for curves and cuts. (Estimate based on nominal face dimensions — we’ll confirm coverage at pickup.)
Where to Use Concrete Landscape Edging
- Border planting beds and separate mulch from lawn with a crisp mow strip
- Edge a paver walkway, patio, or driveway apron as a hardscape border
- Frame a tree ring or island bed
- Cap a low garden border or hold a raised bed line
Unlike thin plastic or steel edging that buckles and frost-heaves, or poured concrete curbing that needs forms and a cure, Edgestone sets by hand and delivers a solid, color-true concrete curb you can install in an afternoon.
How to Install Edgestone Concrete Edging
- Excavate a shallow, level trench along your layout line and compact the base.
- Set each unit tight to the next; fan the pieces slightly for curves, or butt them square for corners.
- Use a thin bed of leveling sand to fine-tune height and keep the top even.
- Backfill both sides and tamp to lock the border in place.
