Description
Jumbo Peanuts
A splendid variety for northern locations. It is early and prolific. Seed planted early in May ripen in September. Big yields of large, plum nuts are delicious roasted. Both the shells and nuts turn golden.
When and where to plant
Sow kernels or whole pods 6″ apart and inches deep in a light, well-drained soil. Thin to 12″ apart.
Care
Keep well cultivated.
Harvesting
Pull or dig up entire plant and allow to air dry before picking off pods.
