This custom-blended grass seed mix is made specially for us, with all the right varieties in the right amounts for a beautiful, traditional New England style lawn. It contains a mix of grasses that will thrive in the sun or in the shade. Often used as a “Landscaper’s Mix,” the Ellington Sun & Shade blend is an old favorite that is back for the first time in a couple of years.

Coverage:
5 lb. bag will cover 1,000 sq. ft. when seeding a new lawn or 2,000 sq. ft. when overseeding an existing lawn
10 lb. bag will cover 2,000 sq. ft. when seeding a new lawn or 4,000 sq. ft. when overseeding an existing lawn
25 lb. bag will cover 5,000 sq. ft. when seeding a new lawn or 10,000 sq. ft. when overseeding an existing lawn
