Made of redwood cedar exterior with masonite room dividers and floors. There are 12 rooms in this beautiful upscale cedar wood Martin house. Roof lifts off and room dividers and floors lift out for easy cleaning. Simply locate the 2 screws on the side of the house, and remove them to gain access to the interior of the house to do so, clean as needed. Includes door stops and protective rails to help keep young martins from falling out of the nest. Mounting Pole sold separately.
