VALLEY PLC Pad & Line Cleaner

Description

VALLEY PLC is a specialized cleaner designed for recirculating systems and evaporative cooling pads. 
This product contains quaternary ammonium compounds and glycolic acid.
VALLEY PLC effectively removes organic buildup, mineral deposits, and soils from pads and systems 
while being safe for use as directed on compatible surfaces.This product concentration should be based upon the specific soil level and condition of the pads and system.
This product should be added directly into the sump tank of recirculating systems.DOSAGE AND CONTROL
This product is typically added manually into the sump tank. Circulate through the system for the 
recommended time, then rinse thoroughly.
Cleaning Applications:
This product should be circulated through the pads and system for a minimum of one hour (up to 24 hours for 
heavily soiled pads). After treatment, wash pads with a low-pressure garden hose. Drain all water from the 
system including reservoirs, sump tank, and filters. Refill tank with clean water.
Special Note: Long term contact of use solutions on stainless steel (> 60 minutes) or allowing solutions to dry on the equipment without rinsing may cause damage to the equipment.
Standard DosageRecirculating Systems: Assure pads are in washable condition. With pump on, add into the sump tank at 0.5% solution (1/2 ounce per gallon of water) (4 ml/liter). Allow maximum circulation of treatment through pads for at least one hour. The treatment of heavily soiled pads may take longer but should not exceed 24 hours.
