GrowOya provides a water saving alternative to traditional watering. Your Oya works by taking advantage of terracotta’s porous structure to water plants through diffusion. All you have to do is fill your Oya with water and bury it shallowly in the soil of your garden, over the next few days water will seep out of the vessel as needed. This relieves you of the worry of over or under watering and places that responsibility on your capable soil. As plants absorb the soil’s moisture and the sun and wind dry it the soil naturally draws out more water to replace it.
